How do you distinguish between Fae and Demons?

{Curiosity has gotten the better of him. The former doesn't exist in his world - as far as he is aware - but there are similarities.}

[Cute, that was such a cute question that she couldn't help but to smile a little as she takes to the air. It takes her a few moments before she catches his scent. There! There he was and she goes to fly towards him, hovering in the air in front of him.]

I hardly know how to be a father to them. Here, they are already grown and I am long dead.

Were you not a father when they resided in your wife? They have always been yours.
