To those who haven't seen me attending to my usual duties, I apologize. I have been feeling under the weather.

[He blinks suddenly, realizing he pressed video instead of voice. Ah. Bowing his head, his long rabbit ears pressed against his head, he looks ashamed and embarrassed.]

[He offers him a gentle smile and is already going into his garden to gather the herbs he needs.]

[He grabs a box and starts clipping everything that he needs, growing what he doesn't have right now.]

I was ill most of the week. [He doesn't want to repeat those days.] Seeing you helps me immensely.

[ Zishu doesn't waste time and soon reaches the temple. He knows the way to his friend's room and simple heads there. He at least knocks on the door before opening it and letting himself in. He offers a gentle smile for Xingchen and walks over to set the stew and bowl on the table beside the bed. ]

Just relax and let me take care of you for a bit.

[He smiles at him fondly.]

That's not what I asked, my friend.

[Tying his hair back, he sighs shakily and nods. Sitting is...better.]

You are important to me. Your garden looks beautiful.

A little...help...would heal me quicker. But only if you can spare it.

[Herbs acquired he starts to head out to go to the temple.]

[He isn't the best patient because he is so strict with himself. For him to agree to any pampering, well, it's rare. But when he sees Zishu, something within him relaxes and he stretches out on the bed, his back against the pillows.]

I missed my friendly fox.

I'm an Immortal. I can spare it for my loved ones. Are you in bed?

I have no doubt on that.

[Xingchen feels guilty as he rests in bed, but his friend does have a key.]

[ Four of his tails are out today and they drape over Xingchen. Zishu strokes gentle fingers over his friend's face, then over those cute ears. ]
