[ He claps his hands happily ]

Yay! T'ank you, Nelyo! But but, Nelyo's is the prettiest!

No problems, little brother. Of course it is the prettiest, it was made by an expert flower crown weaver after all!

[He gives Maglor a conspiratorial wink and sets about weaving flowers into a crown for his brother. It is slow work with one hand, but after a while he places the finished product on his brothers head.]

[ He blushes happily and sings along to the birds while he watches his brother, bringing him flowers (only some of them are blue or red, however, as he gets easily distracted) ]

T'ank you! [ He beams, hugging his brother ] Now we's match!

[It's almost like being back in Valinor, in that time when there had only been him and his first little brother to share their parents attention. Him indulging his baby brothers every whim while Kano sings and hums whatever piece of music comes into his head.]

You're welcome. [He hugs his brother close.] We do! And what a handsome little flower king you make brother.

Noooo Kano isn't king! Nelyo is!

[ Kano giggles happily, cuddling close. As far as he's concerned right now, the intervening years have not happened, and all he knows is the happiness of a child in paradise ]

Am I? Then what are you, Kano? Are you the prince?

[And he'll make sure that's all he knows until he returns to normal again, for surely this would not last forever. But he saw no harm in letting Kano have a respite from his troubles and just be a child again.]

I will be the flower king and you will be the flower prince.

Yes! [ He cheers ]

We's should make crowns for Elrond too!

That is an exelent idea, Kano! We can't leave Elrond as the only one of us that is uncrowned now can we? Wich flowers should we use for his crown do you think?

[ A very difficult question. He ponders, frowning. Elrond is... Elrond is very special to him, his heart says, even though the elfling has no context for why. Elrond needs the very best of everything ]

All of them. [ He decides, and looks anxiously at his brother to see if he approves ]

[He starts working on the base of the crown while Maglor ponders what flowers he wishes to use. Slow work but relaxing.]

That sounds like a good idea. [He gives his brother a reassuring smile.] Would you like to pick them while I finish this? Then you can help me put them in.

Kano can do that! [ He beams, pleased that his brother approves ]

Kano will find the prettiest flowers!

I'm sure you will. You have a great eye for pretty flowers after all.

[With the help of his left hand and the use of his mouth he soon has a passable base for the crown.]

[ Meanwhile, Kano goes hunting for the very prettiest of flowers, returning to dump his armful next to his brother ]

Is nice enough? [ He asks anxiously ]

They look wonderful, Kano. [He says and ruffles his brothers hair a bit.]

You want to help put them in?

Kano wont spoil it? [ He asks anxiously ]

[holdshisown]

Of course not. [He pats the ground next to him.] Now sit down and help your poor brother out.

[ Reassured he sits down, cuddling close ]

Nelyo's very good at this! Kano wants to be as good as Nelyo, when Kano grows up!

[He wraps an arm around his brothers tiny form.]

[ He tips his head to smile at his brother ]
