December | Official NRL Announcement
A Very Special Announcement
On the morning of December 10th, all Refugees will find their magi-comms ringing, revealing an important announcement. The message contains a video, where a number of NRL scientists can be see lined up in front of the camera. They appear nervous, but happy.
"Hello, Time Refugees! We have a special announcement for all of you.
As you all know, we've been working around the clock in our efforts to end the Time Loops that have corrupted the flow of time in your home worlds. Although we have yet to reach our ultimate goal of fixing your worlds permanently, so that those who wish to do so may return home, in the process of refining our techniques, we have perfected a safe method of direct world travel into a corrupted world.
That is to say... you can visit your homes once more.
Although we were initially worried that such a thing may corrupt the flow of time further, in all our testing, we have discovered that bringing Kizuna-producing Refugees into worlds corrupted by Time Loops has a positive effect on the flow of time in that world.
Er... essentially: visiting home will bring us closer to fixing your home.
Naturally, this is no simple matter, and our facilities currently aren't large enough to accommodate every Refugee who wishes to visit home immediately, as there are currently.... 17,493 of you. As such, we will be opening a lottery system, in which those who apply will receive notice when their turn to visit is lined up.
More details regarding these visits and their duration will become available in the next few days.
We understand that for some of you, this may not be enough. And to that, we can only offer our greatest apology. But it is our hope that we will continue to see progress moving forward, until all who wish to leave may do so. And in the mean time, we will do all we that we can to continue supporting you and your lives here.

With that, the video ends, and the forum provided immediately begins to fill with messages from Refugees all across Nippon, many discussing what they'll do when they get back, and others worried things may go horribly wrong.
OOC Notes
This post serves as a preview of December's event, which will be posted on the 15th! More specific information regarding home visits will be included on the event itself, but here are some things to keep in mind:
• All player characters who sign up for the lottery will just so happen to be among the first chosen!
• Characters who are not interested in going home will have other unrelated activities they can do on the event.
• Home visits will take place throughout December, and will become a permanent feature via Bonus AC in the future.
• Players may use this post for character reactions, plans, etc. NPCs will not be responding to questions here.
