He is currently glaring quite menacingly at his own reflection at the moment. At the two elk horns that has started to grow from his head, if you wanted to be precise about it.]

[His voice is level, almost emotionless, but there is an undercurrent af anger to be heard for those who knows him well enough. One of his ears twitch in annoyance and he notices that though it is still pointed it is now covered in a soft velvety fur now.]

I don't know, I feel like Celegorm and Curufin might have mostly just made things difficult.

Well... they certainly had a knack for making me look more reasonable by comparison?

I sometimes don't know how I would have put up with them, if they hadn't been my dear brothers.

But it's especially true for me because I'm related to them. People expect me to be just as bad.

[Not entirely true, but not exactly a lie either.]

Something I might have mused on myself a couple of times.

[Most notably after the whole Luthien debacle. He'd even wondered if perhaps he'd been adopted or misplaced during birth, because there was no way he could be related to two such imbeciles.]

[ He presses close, since he has no arms to hug him ]

[He gathers his brother close with a gentle hand, mindful of his fragile bones in this form.]

I don't think I have it in me to do otherwise, brother, not even if you all had been ten times as troublesome as you were.

[ He loves hugs, and demands to be turned back right now so he can give them properly ]

[He denies vehemently. But he knows in his heart there's a kernel of truth to the statement.

And it doesn't stop his gentle way of handling his brother in this shape either.]

I'm sure. Especially when it comes to the insults, but I know that's just the way most of them express affection so I'm not too offended by that habit of theirs.

It... probably depended on his mood at the given day. I know you possess them, all of you do, which is why it was always so frustrating when you refused to use them.

He does. I've seen him use them once or twice... he just thinks it's more fun to pretend he doesn't have them.

It could have been, but he was acting suspisciously courteous and polite at the time.

[Honestly, if he hadn't been there to see it at the time he probably wouldn't have believed it either.]

It was a celebration for grandfather... so father might have applied some pressure on him beforehand.
