[Some people will recognize this odd man with a hole in his head. But today, well, maybe it's just the video quality, but he's got a different energy about him? It's hard to pin down why. Maybe he's standing a little straighter.]

Um... I've been lucky to get to know a lot of you better over the past month. People have been very kind to me, and I'm grateful. But... I've remembered some things. And I know now that it's not fair of me to keep this to myself. Before I came here, I drilled holes in people's heads. Two of them survived but six of them died. I don't plan on drilling anyone else unless they want me to, but if you don't want to be around me because of this, I understand.
[Closing his eyes a moment.]

On a different note, I want everyone to know that I love Grell Sutcliff and one day soon I'm going to marry her! That's all.
[He's really gonna follow up that first thing with this?]

Sort of? In the place I was before here, with Grell. But we were technically already dead and people revived after 15 minutes.
[You know. Normal stuff.]

I been to an afterlife before, but I never tried killin' anyone while we was there. Makes sense it wouldn't take, though. Can't be deader than dead, can ye?

Well before we were dead it was a space station! After we died we went to this like... ruined city? But it wasn't so bad because most of my friends ended up dead too, and later we got a computer and there was a beach. But then we came back to life! And we beat the Furby monster and everyone got a wish and to go home.

[Surely this doesn't sound like the ravings of a madman.]

Can ye... explain all that again? Slow-like?

[ What's a space station? What's a computer? What's a Furby??? ]

[Blinks in turn, before oh right, Ragetti's an old timey pirate.]

Ah. We were in a building that was way up in the sky off the planet?
[Space station.]

Then we died and went somewhere else, it wasn't nice at first but later it changed as we had more things to do.
[Computer is a thing to do.]

After we came back to life we had to fight a monster that looked like an old children's toy a little bit.
[Furby.]

Ye got buildings in the sky in the future?

[ His eye sparkles at the thought. This opens up a whole new dimension for piracy! :O ]

S'pose there really is all kinds o' afterlives out there. ...Was there crabs?

[ He always has to ask about the crabs. ]

And what'd ye wish for?

Hm... Well, there was a beach but I don't think I ever saw a crab there. There might have been, though!
[Who's to say!!]

Grell already granted the wish I had at the start so I wanted to use my wish to help everyone... So we had these communicators sort of like the ones we have here, but they could only send text messages, and I used my wish so they could do sound and video as well! So we could better keep in touch with our friends in other worlds.

I like beaches.

[ He might be disappointed about the lack of crabs, or he might be relieved. But either way, he likes beaches. ]

Ye mean for people like me what can't read? Oh, that's a real smart wish!

[ He would've just wished for... well, a glass eye, probably, but he already tried that at the shrine here, and it went poof a minute later. So much for that. ]

Can ye still talk to them? People in other worlds? Don't s'pose any of them happen to live on Earth in the year of our Lord seventeen twenty-nine...?

[ Heck, he'll take 1728 too. He's not picky. ]

No... The communicator I had is different than the one I have here.
[He misses them already even though this is the first day he can remember them.]

But I don't think anyone was from Earth that far back? Grell is from the 19th century though.

[ A quiet moment of commiseration. They can miss their friends together. ]

19th century... that's about an 'undred years after me, yeah? They still got pirates? She ever hear of a bloke called Cap'n Jack Sparrow?

[ Ragetti feels like if any of them could pull off living for another hundred years, it's ol' Jack. ]

Um I think they still had pirates maybe? But Grell was in England so I don't know if she'd know any pirates... You could ask her, though!

She's from England? No kiddin'! Me too!

[ Ragetti puts a hand to his chest for emphasis, forgetting for the moment that Fukuda already knows this fact about him. ]

Think ye could introduce us sometime? Before the wedding, I mean. Be nice to get to know her, bein' as she sounds real great, the way ye talk about her.

Of course! She could probably give you better advice on how to talk to women than me, even.

[She won't be nice about it though, probably.]

Yeah! That sounds nice. If you call her anything she doesn't like she'll probably hit you. Or go get her chainsaw.

Oh! It's a saw that instead of a sharp edge it's got a belt of sharp metal teeth that rotate around very fast!

[Grell is dangerous and powerful and Fukuda loves that about her so much.]

Good! I'll tell her too. So she'll maybe go easy on you a little.

And maybe we need to dress you up a little, too.
[I assume Ragetti is More Washed now that has has easy access but it's probably Not Enough and I'm sure he's still scruffy.]

[ You assume correctly! He does shower now, and he's still amazed at the concept of showers every time, but any further nuances of personal hygiene are lost on him. And yes, he still only owns the one set of clothes. Well, and the kimono he got from the geiko dressing him up, but he really doesn't think he can put that on again by himself. ]

Any ideas ye got, mate, I'll take 'em.
