Has anyone else encountered someone from their world who isn't the way you remember them? For example, they remember things happening that you don't.

There must be an answer for him. (( There's an unmistakable determination in his voice. Wuxian spent much of his first (and a good part of his second life) trying to prove people wrong with regards to what can and can't be done. Doing the impossible is what he's good at. )) I'll find it, shishu.

(( Wuxian isn't quite used to familial affection from anyone except his shijie. It's... nice, but still a little strange coming from someone else. ))

I don't mind sounding silly. [Xingchen can laugh at himself. For the most part.] If it means my nephew feels valued, that's all that matters.

When I came here - just before I arrived here, that is - everyone in the cultivation world wanted me dead. My own nephew had just stabbed me when I found myself here. So it's strange to feel valued for anything.
