I make money by hunting wild game here, Romano wants to open a restaurant and I want to be able to support him the best I can.
I end up selling the meat to local restaurants and the pelts to other shops that could use them.

Romano, too. [ Portugal isn't even being sarcastic, even though he and Romano don't always get along. Portugal thinks that having a responsibility like running a business will be good for him. ] You guys have always been great cooks, so I'm sure he'll do fine.
