I know a place that sells really pretty paper for origami if that's what you're looking for, but if you want plain paper then I probably can't help you.

If you want more old fashioned paper materials, then you'll want to go to Little Edo, in Kanto. But you might be able to find some more modern materials at one of the department stores in Shibuya or Shinjuku!
