If you die in a dream, you're not supposed to have the scars when you wake up, right?

[ His voice is panicked with an edge of fear, every breath ragged and shaking. He's never had any experience with memories returning, and although it's been explained to him, he didn't entirely understand it so it's freaking him out. ]

They said it was something about worlds and speeds and I don't know, it was too confusing and hard to pay attention to, but- they're not supposed to leave you with marks... are they?


[ Someone's starting to get his crau memories back, and the scars with it, and of course the roughest one has to come first. ]

Not usually, but this world has magic and curses, so I wouldn't rule it out. Anything can sort of happen.

So it could be a curse instead of a dream?

[ Somehow, that doesn't make things better, but he's still not down with the idea of having lived another life he can barely recall, so a curse makes more sense to him. ]

I'm not sure, I never went through that. But there was someone complaining about a bite mark they had they didn't remember how they got it.

A bite mark? Maybe it really is this place screwing with us.

I wonder if it's something related to the timeloops. It's something you can ask the scientists about.
