Not that I have to worry about this while I'm at the hot springs, but I do have a question.

Does anyone have recipes for foods that are quick and forgiving for someone who can't cook terribly well, and scales up well to feed several people?

[ Normally, him and his wife had someone else handle that since he married into a bit of money, but that's not an option now. ]

Asking because I've got five small children with truly monstrous appetites, and eggs over rice and takeout isn't going to cut it forever.
