Esen had indicated that he was in fact able to meet currently. He considers suggesting a brothel he has been frequenting but the spot doesn't seem right and so he'd given the other the location of the place he has been staying and struggling to adapt to.
He would rather get a yurt and go out to the wild, honestly. This place was too much technology he didn't understand and so loud in all the wrong ways.
When the other arrives he lets him in and he drops to a spot on the floor where he's arranged pillows and such to be something more akin to what he's used to than the foreign idea of furniture.
Silver, a more trusting soul than he should be given everything he's been through, arrives at the appointed place. He's dressed very differently than Esen and even the people of Nippon in his finely fitted Victorian suit. It's dark grey, bringing his pale grey eyes into sharp relief. They're bright and curious and he smiles politely, nodding in greeting. The gesture sends a tussle of motion through his brown curls.
He follows Esen into the apartment and, being a polite guest, joins him on floor with a little effort.
"It's a pleasure to meet you in person."

Well, Esen has no designs on the other man so his trusting nature won't get him into trouble currently. He is perplexed by the other's suit, having not come across anyone dressed as such. He smiles and is pleased when the other join him without much cajoling. There's some fruit in a bowl and some drinks set out for the both of them.
"Likewise," Esen says. "Feel free to have a drink, or some food," he offers.
