OK, so.

I don't really care about time shenanigans or whatever - it was February when I left for the one place I was in, and still February when I got back to do my exams, but like.

According to this place, my birthday is at the end of the month. So I'm either 4 months late for my birthday, or I'm on time. I'm just going to make an executive decision to celebrate my birthday and not think... too hard about things.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who overthinks about things like this.

I just got here not too long ago, but that's confusing. I haven't even tried to check the calendar yet because I've been so out of sorts it feels like days don't matter in general. I haven't even thought about if my brother and I are stuck here for the exntent of time it'd take to be our birthday.

It's March now, at least. They explained when we got here that the year finally switched back over.

They had these in some of the kingdoms where I was from, too. I went to school in Jarek and goblin technology is...surprisingly pretty cool? Doesn't really have the unnecessary whimsy the gnome shit does, but whatever, not everything has to make silly noises all the time.
