Hello, my name is Hu Tao and it's a pleasure to meet you all! I'm afraid that I'm still new to this place but I thought I could start by making some new friends here!

not a city, but a forest. there is a city outside of it though.

i like mint tea. and lennon likes peppermint hot chocolate.

i've heard people complain that it tastes like toothpaste, but i like toothpaste as well!

Then mind if I ask what the forest is like? It certainly must be a magical for a fae to live there!

But if you like a lot of mint, then I would assume you are feeling rather contemplative at the moment.

it is old, and it used to be quite lonely and scary. but it's changed over time. now it is a place filled with life and flowers!

how so?

How so? If you don't mind me asking.

Because mint reminds you of tea, correct? When you drink tea, it makes you think a lot!

[Or Hu Tao is just making stuff up.]

someone came to it! someones, actually. they made it much brighter, and much happier, and me along with it.

...i do think a lot when i'm drinking tea.

In other words, it sounds like a certain traveler came in. It doesn't sound too different from my world either!

But be careful though. The more you think, the more your mind tends to wander!

is letting your mind wander such a bad thing?

Sometimes but it could lead to some unpleasant thoughts. Or perhaps it can lead to boredom.

...Which is the worst.

boredom is the twin of loneliness. anything but that.

[There was a long pause on her end. As much as she hated being bored, being lonely was even worse. How awkward.]

Anyway, now that I got a chance to know a little more about you! How about we talk about something else?

Since you're not human, how about you talk a little more about your world?

the ruinwood is...hmm. peaceful. some people might call that boring, but they're very different things! and there is a magical cat there, who used to be just a normal cat!

though all cats are just a little bit magical.

Well, how can it be boring when there are magical cats involved? Whoever said that must not know what fun means!

Although, just how magical? I do want to know!

her fur has turned a delightful shade of pink, and she can float! and catnip springs up wherever she wishes!

and she hasn't thrown up a hairball in years! that's very magical.

And again, please do tell me why people think it is boring? Who wouldn't want to see a cat that adorable?

I'm envious, I want to see her!

i wish you could. i wish you could see all of it.

Then how about this? Whenever we get a chance to meet up, maybe I can draw her for you.

Admittedly, it won't be the best but it'll be something.

Whenever I have the time! Alas, it isn't something I normally do as I never had much time for it back home.

How about you? Perhaps you can teach me a thing or two about drawing?

oh. no, i'm not able to draw. it fascinates me to see others who can.
