Heeeey people!! New bird in the skies here and I haven't got to really stretch my wings yet. Wanted to know if there were any heroes around? If that's a thing here? Doesn't seem so...

Well I guess if their aren't then the next best thing would be law enforcement? Idk, career hero here just looking for a new job I guess.

Also any good chicken places here? I could kill for some good yakitori....or fried chicken? Mmmm...

Nah, not cops. We had cops too but I'm talking bonafide super heroes.

Definitely weird, but also incredibly normal for where I'm from.

As for powers, well they're called quirks and basically everyone has them.

Well, I mean it wasn't always smooth sailing, and it can get pretty bad what with villains deciding to be dicks but...for the most part it's...not bad.

Well...some people like to say I act like a bird sometimes but meh...

But I can fly!!! I can also use my feathers for various other things...though my flight is...a little limited lately. Not all the feathers are my own anymore.

And no, they're artificial. Specially made for me.

As for what I can do with them...
control them, lift things/people, turn them into blades(can't do that one anymore....have to use a katana now), oh and I can use them to listen in on people. Real spy stuff. They pick up the vibrations of speach basically.

Quite the list of talents you've got, though. Though with that kind of description.... you really a hero, or a spy?

There's this kid I know...one of his powers is like that. It's....it's a long story that I won't get into but that is definitely cool.

Oh but...he can only make himself float I think.

Though saying that, it's pretty wild to me that powers like that are common in your world. Only some people have Abilities where I'm from, and we're kind of the worst kept secret in Yokohama.

[The government had a whole taskforce dedicated to keeping track of them. They might not have proper human rights under the law. Y'know, that sorta fun thing that means no ability user has a 'normal' life.]

Yeah, some time ago people started being born with powers and after that people without them became fewer and fewer until only maybe....3% of the population? I could be wrong.

Either way it's a small percentage.

But there are laws in place about using your quirk and stuff. Thinks like using them in public and stuff like that. Or using creation quirks for your own gain.

So practically everyone, it sounds like.

You call them 'Quirks' then? We call them Gifts or Abilities, in my world.

It all sounds pretty different from my world. Governments try to keep track of us, but primarily people with powers like us go underground, work for the government or join various organizations. We're kind of a grey area, suffice to say.

I can't imagine just not using mine because some law says 'no'.

I guess that's why we have people who are referred to as villains....and the people who go to school to get their hero licenses.

With a license you can use your quirk in public.

People who do it without them are labled either villains, vigilante's, or just idiots depending on what they're doing.
