[ Troy comes in on video for the whole network to see. With a smile and a small salute of greeting, he takes a step back to show off his shirtless self. Utterly devoid of shame and probably have no reason to, Troy looks to be inside of a gym. ]

Hey there. The name's Troy to those who don't know me. To those who do, well, hey. What's up?

[ He laughs. He's not used to talking in front of a camera, but he at least knows how to present himself. ]

Cutting to the chase. I'm a trainer now at a gym here in Tokyo. I'm offering my services to those who want to improve on their physical fitness or learn boxing. I'd offer to spar but we don't really have a shortage of hot-blooded people who want that, now do we? So if you're not a fighter, not superhuman, but still want to get your fitness up - I'm your man. So let's talk.

So if someone literally had no experience at all would that still be okay?

Of course! I don't see why not. It's a really good skill to learn even if you don't ever need to use it.

Really? There would be so great! I'm never really done anything like it before but I'd like to learn.

What is boxing?

A combat sport about punching each other. Pugilism, fisticuffs...
