(( The figure on the screen is poking at the obviously lighter and possibly brighter (it's hard to tell in sepia tones) feathers that are strewn throughout his dark hair. From the curious look on his face as he tries to inspect them, it's clear they haven't always been there. No surprise to anyone who's been in Nippon very long, though. ))

I wonder what kind of bird I'm supposed to be. Any thoughts? Do the feathers make me look better or worse? I hope I'm still cute.

Ummm...I don't know. They're pretty multi-colored which I usually only see with tropical ones. At least with these colors.

That makes sense. I'm a tropical flower, after all.

(( Oh, how his face lights up at that thought! He ooohs quietly, then quickly pouts. ))

(( Will leaned down and pressed his cheek to Riley's belly. No, wait, that was his ear. ))

Your gut's saying we should go get some pastries.

[Riley giggles as Will does the silly thing of actually leaning down to "listen" to his gut. It never fails to make him happy how Will goes the extra mile to just do something fun.]

Is it? Does it say what kind?

(( Will flaps a hand to shush him so he can listen. ))

It says we should get some vanilla scones and some fresh strawberries and some whipped cream...

(( he's quiet for a few more seconds, then nods to Riley tummy. ))

[He gasps in "surprise" then giggles.]

We better listen to it then! It's very wise.

(( Will straightens and his hand darts out for one of Riley's. Pulling his husband toward the door, he smiles so happily. ))

LEt's go, let's go!

[He doesn't need to be told twice. Laughing, he takes off for the door with Will so they can go right away! The sweets need them!]
