It kind of sucks you have to try so hard to avoid it, but the fact that you've stuck to your beliefs this long is really admirable, I think.

It's something important to me. I want to hold on to it as much as I can. There are plenty of things that I can't do as a Jew because of what I am, but I want to be the best that I can be, at least.
