GUYS! Guys you're not gonna believe this!
I was out for a jog, just trying to find a good route, y'know? And I think I went out too far and... I FOUND MY GIRL!
[Prompto looked and sounded excited and he's quick to move forward and, after a little fiddling, he's set his magi-comm down on a wall and hurried back to pose all cool like with a big, yellow and equally cool looking chocobo!
Until Prompto hurries forward again, grabs up the device and comes back to lean into the neck of his chocobo and a less cool and more cheerful scene fills the screen!]
This is Birb guys! And yeah, I know, silly name right? But she liked it!
[Birb lets out a loud kweh and ruffles her feathers, clearly agreeing with Prompto's words. What had originally been a joke was a name she'd liked a lot and now wouldn't answer to anything else. After the fluff she began grooming Prompto's hair, much to his delight and embarrassment. He gives a half-hearted attempt to bat her away but, in the end, lets her mess his hair up as she will.]
That's it! Just wanted to show her off! She's pretty, right?

Leanne tilts her head, a little confused before moving to stand, letting out a series of chirps and cheeps in response to Birb's worried call. She does lean away when Prompto was getting a little too close before she decides to try and ease his worries.]
I'm.... Okay.... But I still can't land correctly it seems.
[Yes, the birb just talked and it sounded just like Leanne.]

And then he yelped and fell backwards, right onto his butt. He was stunned! But only for a moment. He scrambled back up but remained in a crouch.]
... L-Leanne? Is that you? It sounds like you but I swear you were a girl before!

Yes it is and I was a girl!....
[Okay a bit more serious as she kept her distance.]

[Please say no... But yet, she knew that humans were scared of her current form.]

[He's grinning as he steps a bit closer, but stops when he remembers how she's pulled away from his touch. Prompto really wanted to take her picture. Especially beside Birb.]
I'm not scared, Leanne! You're beautiful! How could anyone be afraid of you?

[This was one of the first times she knew of a Beorc not being afraid of a shifted Laguz. Just ask and she will be willing to have him take her picture like this! Leanne goes to shake herself off before removing the bag she was carrying and tries to hand it to him.]
It is because to your kind.... This is monsterous.
[And if she could blush, she would at him saying how beautiful she is like this.]
In-In-Inside the bag is the shampoo I use for my feathers. I am sure that Birb will enjoy it.

[Prompto honestly didn't get how anyone could think she looked monstrous! It made no sense at all and he was almost angry at anyone who WOULD think like that!]
I dunno what kind you think I am, but I promise where I'm from you'd be seen as really, really pretty, Leanne!
[He should have been embarrassed himself, saying these things to a pretty girl, but since she was in bird form somehow it seemed easier. Like with Birb! He could coo over how cute and beautiful she was but if he tried to do the same to Noct he immediately turned into a tomato!]
Here, lemme help! She'll love it I know!
[He scooted forward to help remove the satchel from Leanne and grinned at her, unable to help himself, he had to ask.]

[That was a weird name but he had no idea that the word 'human' was considered racist. It was just what he was. Kind of... Prompto often wondered if he was even allowed to call himself human since he was technically a clone. He was created. He wasn't born from a test tube or something! So could he really be called human? He didn't know...
And as for the picture, it was definitely not the kind that Reno would have teased her about, and Prompto was very serious when it came to taking pictures!]
Like that's fine! Or... both ways if you're willing? Maybe standing with Birb? [He grinned.] I like taking pics of my friends!

And she will be so thankful for that. Truly thankful that it would be the kind that Reno teases her about.]

[He gentled his tone as well as his smile, because Leanne was really sweet and he didn't want her to be afraid of him. Prompto wanted to be her friend! He wasn't anyone of noble birth or anything like that, he wasn't a lord to be respected. He was just... him.
And then he was laughing and he waved her off and made a gesture to Birb, who had been watching Leanne and himself with great curiosity. And when she recognised her name being spoken she called out happily.]
Nah, Birb won't get jealous! She's a sweetheart. [There was actually more of a problem with her finding Leanne cute enough to take her on as her child! Like she'd done with Prompto. Even now Birb had started to lean forward and very lightly preened at the feathers of Leanne's neck affectionately.]
