Excuse me, but has anyone seen my boyfriend? I'm not sure if we came here together, and he gets terribly anxious without me so I'd like to reassure him as soon as possible. He's pretty easy to spot - very short, usually wears cat-patterned pajamas, a skeleton. There can't be too many people here by that description.

Call it a hero's intuition or something, perhaps. She knows who this person is talking about, but Gershom never talked about a boyfriend, and they didn't seem over anxious.

Though...to be fair, Ochako only really communicated with them perhaps once or twice. And she still feels like she acted terribly rude. Still, she can't help but respond - it's in her nature to be helpful, and it's also part of her job.]

Oh, yes, he's fine!!
It was just a short blackout in a certain area. I helped bring hot meals and blankets to people, in case they needed it during the winter chill.
I remember him because I was a bit startled when I saw him... ^^;;

[Since it seems her assumption was incorrect. Maybe just a bad first impression? Aizawa-sensei sort of had the same thing when they all got into UA. He was harsh, strict, and genuinely a bit scary...but now he's become their true mentor, and Ochako adores him and is so, so happy to have him as her homeroom teacher.]
