[There's a cheerful face that appears on the screen. A nice smile and a bounce of his head.]

Hello everyone. For those who saw the injured man looking for Pete, I'm him. He found me... [More like Pete found him.] ...so that's settled. He's in good care now.

[But now onto the main reason he's posting.]

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows of any training grounds or a shooting range? The shooting range would be especially great but I'll be happy to accept just a training ground too. Mostly I just want to make sure I don't end up too lazy.

[And he wants to test his new gun...]

Also if anyone has food recommendations here let me know. Especially good if it's take out that I can bring home to share. Spicy is a bonus.

[Well that's definitely not something they've done before and it makes him laugh softly.]

[He likes that. A sash over his eyes and rope around his wrists.]

I could see what candles are around to go with that...

We'll need more than candles.

(( Vegas was envisioning a night of sensation play. Candles, ice, feathers, silks... The works. ))

That's going to be a long day for me.

[But there's a look in his eyes that says he's really looking forward to it.]

[It might even be what they do first for all he knows. Just because it'll be easier on Vegas as he's coming out of recovery. But he knows he'll have to wait and see what the man comes up with when the time comes.]

I believe you.

Will you trust me? Even if it hurts?

[Pete doesn't even hesitate to nod. They've come so far that he knows what he wants and who he is. Just as much as he can say the same about Vegas. They go together and the force that pulls them together is stronger than anything.

Both of them were forged in pain. Now pain is how they heal.

So of course he'll nod as he gazes up at him. He trusts Vegas completely to give him that pain he needs. To make it hurt the way he wants it to and then to carry him out of that pain to take care of him.]

(( Aftercare is something Vegas needs to learn more of. He tried when Pete was his captive, but only when things were dire. But now? He'd only hurt Pete if Pete wanted it. And then pull him back with gentle touches. Not that Vegas considered himself a gentle kind of guy, but with Pete it was easy to be. Pete drew kindness and warmth out of him. And with Pete, he knew those traits wouldn't be seen as weakness.

He trailed his fingers along Pete's hairline, then down the side of his face. Would he ever stop being amazed by how it felt just to touch him? To have someone real who accepts every part of him without question? Vegas just zoned out gazing at him. After a moment, he finally smiled down at the other man. ))

Do you know how much I want you?

I might have noticed.

[Because it's how much he wants Vegas too. It's how it becomes so easy for him to get turned on by simple things. How eager he is for when they can really be together. He smiles up at him, closing his eyes to lean into his hand. These hands that can rip screams out of any man are so gentle with him. They know how to hold back when it's needed.

It means the world to me that Vegas would want to hold him over the edge then bring him back again now. Maybe even more than he knows how to say.]

I really want you too.

(( Vegas shifted his hand to brush the backs of his fingers across Pete's cheek. ))

I'm sorry for making you wait.

Get better. That means more to me than anything else. As long as I know I have you then I can wait for all of it.

(( Vegas exhales slowly, trailing his hand along the side of Pete's neck, over his shoulder, down his arm to take hold of his hand. He drew it up to his lips, then laid it over his heart. ))

I'm yours, Pete.

[He can feel that heart beating and as he looks over to his chest he knows it beats for him now.]

I'm not going anywhere. So you get better for me. We have so much time to live all our fantasies.

(( He held Pete's hand a moment more before letting him have it back. It's these little things he can do to remind Pete of his unwavering love and devotion. He smiled softly then tried to stifle a yawn. ))

You've exhausted me.

I'm an exhausting person. Clearly.

[Not even a little bit true. But he gets up off his lap so that way he can help Vegas to lay down.]

Come on, scary man. Time for a nap.

Fuck you.

(( Affectionate. ))

Fuck you too.

[He smiles at him and then gets him tucked in so he'll be warm while he sleeps.]

(( Vegas appreciated the help. He nestled back against the pillow and pulled the covers up over his shoulders. ))

I'll see about getting you something nice to drink for when you wake up. Promise it won't be bitter tea.

A glass of water's fine.

Sure. A glass of water. Get some sleep.

[He kisses him then settles to sit with him so Vegas can rest better.]

(( One arm sneaks out from under the blankets to grab Pete's hand... which he'll hold until he falls asleep. ))

I love you, Pete.

[That hand gets a nice squeeze.]
