Well the good news is that sirens are usually depicted as bird women. So since I'm a fish you'd be safe!

Are they? I thought some of them had fish tails. But you're much too sweet for that role.

It's more of a way of using mermaids as sirens. But the original depiction of them was definitely as bird women. So I'll just be an adorable fishy merman instead.

I can hardly say no to a bookshop. {He makes the trip to said shop and lets himself inside. It takes him a minute to find Riley and wrap his boyfriend in a warm hug.}

[While waiting, Riley has definitely gotten himself into the middle of a pile of books and it looks like he's trying to figure out what ones he can carry this trip when arms wrap around him. Grinning, he leans back into the hug.]
