Text | crypt_thing | HOT OR NOT

Hello, Nippon! I'm noticing a lot of new people, so I thought it would be fun if we played a little game called "Hot or Not."

Just post a picture of yourself or something and we can go around with our opinions as to whether or not you're attractive. I'll be playing too, once I get some bookkeeping stuff done at The Crypt.

Oh, and if you're not into someone, try not to be TOO MUCH of an asshole, got it?

[Alright, IC hot or not is here! Just try to link pictures instead of embedding them and warn for any NSFW.]

Purely decorational, I just like how it blends with the edge.

[It's the details that matter.]

If it were to be based on my family crest, it would have had more stars in it.

[A pause. Then curiosity winds over his pride. Fëanor hates admitting he doesn't know something, but he hates not knowing even more.]

What is rococo?

A style with high emphasis on ornamentation, flowing lines, scrolling curves, gilded accents and lacquered finishes. There's much inspiration to be taken from grandeur and grace found in nature, ah, plants in particular. I'm quite taken with incorporating it into my own works whenever possible.

[ The details DO matter! ]

Don't see stars frequently as a focal point in crests.

I see. Interesting. No wonder not many stars there. Geometrical patterns would not exactly fit, wouldn't they?

[Stars hold cultural significance for his people. Is going to freely share this? Probably not.]

Pity. They make for some really interesting designs.

[Interesting, but also fiendishly difficult to replicate correctly.]
