Hello everyone. For those who saw the injured man looking for Pete, I'm him. He found me... [More like Pete found him.] ...so that's settled. He's in good care now.

[But now onto the main reason he's posting.]

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows of any training grounds or a shooting range? The shooting range would be especially great but I'll be happy to accept just a training ground too. Mostly I just want to make sure I don't end up too lazy.

[And he wants to test his new gun...]

Also if anyone has food recommendations here let me know. Especially good if it's take out that I can bring home to share. Spicy is a bonus.

[He even throws on a grin, rolling onto his back to make it extra clear from his lap positioning. He even points at it.]

(( He can't help grinning. He knows Pete's fake smiles from the real ones. Though this is exaggerated, he can see that this does, in fact, make Pete happy. And that makes his heart stutter. He reached down and gently poked Pete's cheek. ))

Alright, alright.

[Completely satisfied, he relaxes his face and rests his hands on his chest.]

We could have the same one. Make it easy instead of complicating things.

Curry rice.

[It takes him a second to process that Vegas is picking a safeword. And then he blinks. Several times. Oh. That's it?]

Curry rice?

Yeah. How often will that come up when we're fucking?

...never. [Which makes it a really good thing to use. It's funny how their lives revolve so much around food though.]

(( Such as things Pete wants to try, things he'd like to avoid. Probably no more electrocution... ))

[He thinks about that a bit then realizes they've talked a bit about things he likes and wants and wants to try but not really what Vegas wants to do.]

(( No thought given to the answer at all. He had that ready. ))

[Well that's definitely not something they've done before and it makes him laugh softly.]

[He likes that. A sash over his eyes and rope around his wrists.]

I could see what candles are around to go with that...

We'll need more than candles.

(( Vegas was envisioning a night of sensation play. Candles, ice, feathers, silks... The works. ))

[But there's a look in his eyes that says he's really looking forward to it.]

[It might even be what they do first for all he knows. Just because it'll be easier on Vegas as he's coming out of recovery. But he knows he'll have to wait and see what the man comes up with when the time comes.]

[Pete doesn't even hesitate to nod. They've come so far that he knows what he wants and who he is. Just as much as he can say the same about Vegas. They go together and the force that pulls them together is stronger than anything.

Both of them were forged in pain. Now pain is how they heal.

So of course he'll nod as he gazes up at him. He trusts Vegas completely to give him that pain he needs. To make it hurt the way he wants it to and then to carry him out of that pain to take care of him.]

(( Aftercare is something Vegas needs to learn more of. He tried when Pete was his captive, but only when things were dire. But now? He'd only hurt Pete if Pete wanted it. And then pull him back with gentle touches. Not that Vegas considered himself a gentle kind of guy, but with Pete it was easy to be. Pete drew kindness and warmth out of him. And with Pete, he knew those traits wouldn't be seen as weakness.

He trailed his fingers along Pete's hairline, then down the side of his face. Would he ever stop being amazed by how it felt just to touch him? To have someone real who accepts every part of him without question? Vegas just zoned out gazing at him. After a moment, he finally smiled down at the other man. ))
