With the New Year approaching, my fiance and I are seeking a first footer. It's a tradition where I come from that a handsome young man should be the first guest through your door on New Year's Day for good luck in the coming year. Oh, I don't think that much of a sugary confection would be good for an animal. The point is to waste it. Feeding it to something would defeat that purpose.
