I'll fix or if it's within my means even enhance your broken wares, machines, items, trinkets, and weapons. Or add decorative aesthetic touches to them, I'm quite fond of that. The TSR is located in Shitaya, Tokyo.

I prefer yen but I'm amendable to alternate forms of payment such as discreet trade.
