So I get that there's a lot of wacky things going on with everyone this month, but I don't think this one's related.
Has anyone had a kizuna side effect just... not go away?
[From the sepia-toned video feed, Ranpo can be seen lounging on his side on a futon, a cat tail wagging behind him, despite no matching cat ears on top of his head.]
I've had this for a few days now, and it usually doesn't last more than an hour.
And before any of you say anything, it has nothing to do with the party yesterday night! It was like this before that!!

Instead, Genbu goes back to where he placed the washbasin, and pulls out the towel he was holding. He soaks the towel in the basin, wrings out the excess water...]
Like I said, it'll feel hot for a second, but it'll get much nicer right after.
[And he gently places the hot, damp towel on Ranpo's back and thighs.]

It's okay, but this is really silly.
[As long as Genbu doesn't shift too much and cause the towel to rub against his skin, he's fine, really.]

[Didn't matter anyways. The towel was cold now, and so Genbu sat up, proceeding to the next stage of treatment. He takes the towel off, making Ranpo bare once more. Taking a smaller towel, he soaks it on the hot water, wrings it, and places it over Ranpo's bum and legs.]
Heads up, heat incoming!
[After his warning and placing the towel on Ranpo, Genbu picks up what appears to be a medicinal bottle, and pours what seems to be an oil-like substance that smelled strongly of herbs into his hand.]

Genbu proceeds with the next step of pamper hour by folding the towel back, revealing Ranpo's tiny back that's riddled with marks of all kinds. Genbu then reaches over for a bottle he brought with him and pours the contents onto his hand. The oil releases a strong herbal scent.]
Granny uses his for her joints and introduced it to me when I overdid myself runnin' one time. I tell ya, it works like a charm! [As Genbu speaks, he rubs the oil in between his palms to warm it up, before gently placing his hands on Ranpo's back.]

[SO HERBAL... and also greasy. His back isn't quite as marked up as his neck, save for a few notably hickies and bites along his shoulders, and is mostly just sore from bending in odd positions all night. So there's no worry of brushing over anything like an open wound, at least.]

But Genbu focuses more on the small of Ranpo's back, assuming that's a part he really feels sore. He kneads like a man who has countlessly been told he has "strong yet tender fingers" by...several strange people.]
