So I get that there's a lot of wacky things going on with everyone this month, but I don't think this one's related.

Has anyone had a kizuna side effect just... not go away?

[From the sepia-toned video feed, Ranpo can be seen lounging on his side on a futon, a cat tail wagging behind him, despite no matching cat ears on top of his head.]

I've had this for a few days now, and it usually doesn't last more than an hour.




And before any of you say anything, it has nothing to do with the party yesterday night! It was like this before that!!

[Maybe he should have waited a few more days until after the orgy, but he's getting worried he'll be a catboy forever??]

[When Genbu arrives, he'll find the door unlocked, and one (1) Nyanpo laying on his side on his futon. Can't even lay on his back smh.]

[Genbu notes the instructions, maybe judging Ranpo a bit for leaving his door unlocked, and heads over, but not before stopping by an apothecary on the way.

He finally arrives, and softly opens the door, closing it behind him once he steps inside.

He sees Ranpo on his side, and notices the tail. Wow, he wasn't kidding! Ranpo has a tail now! Wild! Setting aside the assorted items in his arms, he sneaks over...and gives the tail a little squeeze.]

[Ranpo intended to be wide awake in case someone came in!! But he ended up dozing a little waiting. Which means Genbu is going to catch him entirely off-guard, causing him to jump and--]

D-Don't just grab a guy's tail outta nowhere like that!!

[GRABS PILLOW AND YEETS IT AT GENBU and yes, he's still laying down.]

Oh right uuh [action]

[Smackdab right in the face! If Genbu's horns were whole, they would have impaled the pillow and kept it up there, but alas.]

Don't you 'nya' at me, mister leaves-the-door-unlocked!

I left it unlocked because I knew you were coming over! Geeze...

[POUTING and his tail is flicking around. Cat.]

[And off he goes to the bathroom, coming back a few minutes later carrying what seems to be a small washtub with steam coming out of it, and a towel hanging off his arm. Genbu sits down crosslegged next to Ranpo.]

Right! Now then! Strip and get on yer stomach.

Somethin' I always like to do to myself if I ever get too careless and pull somethin'. No worries, it'll feel a little hot for a sec, but it'll feel reaaaally nice once ya get used to the heat!

[Genbu begins reaching for Ranpo's clothes, intending to pull them off.]

[Which is a statement that'll make more sense when he undresses, because uh.]

[Evidently, Nyanpo likes it really rough.]

[He's got bite marks and hickies around his neck, weird bruises in weird places, rope burn around his arms from being tied up, and his ass practically has a hand print on it from being spanked too hard by a certain mafioso. The only real one at fault for why he can't sit up.]

[Any comments will earn him a whap in the face with his tail.]

[Genbu's eyes widen as he turns and sees all the marks.]

S-Seven Hells! Was this at the party, too!? [GENBU PROCEEDS TO COMMENT]

[And also wraps himself under his futon -- now he's self-conscious.]

No! Verily, tis be the end of our hero! The Hope of Hydealyn now crumbles as he fails to defeat the five and a half fulms tall midlander/miqo'te hybrid! Noooo, noooo, this is it for meeeeeee!

[Genbu falls, or rather slowly places himself, on top of Ran-purr-ito, continuing to scream out dramatics.

Also Ranpo is now trapped under a Mountain of Muscle]

[Giggling. And really trying not to, because let him be mad!!]

[But Genbu makes it hard, and it's not long before that tail is wagging.]

[Genbu reaches out and grabs the blanket, pulling it off Ranpo!]

Alright, now get on yer crispy popoto-filled belly, kitty cat.

[He snorts out another laugh when he's REVEALED, before finally complying and laying out on his stomach. His face is still flushed, but there's a smile.]

[...there's now kitty ears to match the tail, but alas, only the latter is permanent. This is just Ranpo's Usual Effects when he's happy around Genbu. There's even some sparkles.]

All right, all riiight, you win!

[FLOPS]

[Genbu laughs, but quiets down as he once again sees the marks. They are...concerning, to say the least. But fro the sound of things, Ranpo...wanted them? So Genbu chooses not to comment at this time.

Instead, Genbu goes back to where he placed the washbasin, and pulls out the towel he was holding. He soaks the towel in the basin, wrings out the excess water...]

Like I said, it'll feel hot for a second, but it'll get much nicer right after.

[And he gently places the hot, damp towel on Ranpo's back and thighs.]

[Ranpo indeed tenses up when the towel is laid down, but just as quickly, he relaxes again.]

[...of course, his tail is twitching under the towel a little. But not much he can do there unless he gets two towels or pokes a hole in this one.]

...that does feel a little better. Like a bath without having to get in the tub.

Hehe, sure! The heat is meant to get yer muscles to relax. I'll let the towel rest on ya for a few minutes. Lemme know once it gets cold, alright?

[Genbu decides to lay his head on Ranpo's back, supposedly to add pressure to the towel against it.] I'll rub the sore spots with a medicinal oil I use on my sore muscles after a vigorous run
