He is currently glaring quite menacingly at his own reflection at the moment. At the two elk horns that has started to grow from his head, if you wanted to be precise about it.]

If anyone knows how to make these go away I would be very grateful for the assistance.

[His voice is level, almost emotionless, but there is an undercurrent af anger to be heard for those who knows him well enough. One of his ears twitch in annoyance and he notices that though it is still pointed it is now covered in a soft velvety fur now.]

You didn't have four older brothers to contend with.

[He himself had not been too concerned with the amount of attention he was getting. He had gotten his fill when he was still an only child and he'd been old enough to not mind sharing it when his brothers started to arrive.]

It's hard to tell. Children tend to change quite a bit whilst growing up, even when there is no shapechanging involved.

[Maedhros exclaims as Maglor returns to his own shape again. Not that he wouldn't have loved his brother if he'd been stuck as a bird for the rest of time, he's just... relived it did not come to that.]

[ Maglor pats himself down - as nice as the skritches were, being able to actually TALK again is pretty awesome ]

I don't feel very birdy, and the itching is gone...

[Maedhros takes a quick look at Maglor, checking for feathers in his hair, before he shakes his head.]

Not that I can see, at least.

[The itching being gone must be nice... he wonders if he can do something similar to make his antlers go away.]

[ Maglor sighs in relief and relaxes, looking thoughtful ]

Well... maybe? Maybe it's this place trying to push the change. Do you need more space though? I wasn't joking earlier, I think you're going to be massive.

[He's an unusualy tall elf, there's no reason to believe he'd be anything but a ridiculously large elk.]

I wouldn't want to break anything in here... especially if I end up being a three hoofed elk.

Let us hope so. A clearing would be ideal.

The lake sounds fine. Now, let's go see how clumsy of an elk your older brother will prove to be.
